Orders & Deliveries
Keep in mind that we do not control restaurant menu pricing, and as such, all prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. Prices do not include tax (although we do calculate tax due for the total order). Also, there are no taxes for the delivery fee. The delivery fee varies per restaurant, and is listed clearly for you to see. Some restaurants also have a minimum order for delivery. Many restaurants also have a processing fee. This fee is independent of the food cost but is built into the cost. You won't be able to place your order until these minimums are met. Restaurant and menu listings do not constitute an official agreement with ToGo Cab.
Rewards can be earned on orders placed online only. The initial rewards for starting a new account are given to first time customers only. Individuals who abuse this will have the rewards system revoked for their account and will not receive a discount moving forward. Individuals who continually abuse our reward system may have their ability to use ToGo Cab and togocab.com suspended or terminated.
ToGo Cab is a restaurant marketing firm. When engaging our company to coordinate food delivery, you’re hiring the services of a self-employed catering and delivery professional.
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and cash payments for online orders. Please have the card ready for verification at delivery time. If you plan on tipping your driver with cash, please keep in mind that your driver will not be able to provide change for anything higher than $20. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us at Support@togocab.com and be sure to have your Order Number and Confirmation Code ready for reference.
